Estense Castle is accessible to desabled people and to the ones with reduced mobility, except for the prisons and Lions' Tower.

Disabled people on wheelchair can visit all the Castle going upstairs through San Paolo's Tower, the South-West Tower, equipped with elevators.

The ticket office will give detailled information and there are assistance points throughout the route.

Since the 14 November 2018, the museum route videoguieds have been implemented with the italian sign language (LIS) and international sign language (IS) ensuring deaf people to enjoy the service.
